Samantha Middlebrook is an experienced professional in product strategy and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy & Marketing at Upland Software since September 2021, following roles as Senior Director of Product Marketing & Management and Director of Product Management. Prior to Upland Software, Samantha was a Digital Transformation Strategist at Panviva from February 2019 to April 2024 and Practice Lead at Customer Driven Solutions from July 2015 to March 2019, focusing on implementing best practice Knowledge Management solutions. Additionally, Samantha held the position of Head of Product & Marketing at Panviva from November 2013 to July 2015 and contributed as a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst at Medibank Private from December 2011 to November 2013, leading a team to manage the knowledge base effectively.
