Shane Patrick S. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aesthetic and beauty industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of UPKEEP Ventures since December 2021 and as Chairman of the Board at The Academy of Aesthetic Leaders since June 2022, Shane also leads UPKEEP MED SPA as CEO since September 2019. Previously, Shane excelled as Director of Operations and Marketing at It's a Secret Med Spa, contributing to its status as the fastest-growing Med Spa company globally. Shane's earlier roles include Business Owner at Pay it Forward Properties and Senior Vice President of Operations at Beauty Express Inc., where full financial and operational oversight was maintained for over $300 million in annual revenue. Additionally, Shane held the position of Director of Global Contracts at NYFIX, overseeing billing and contracts across multiple international locations. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business, a BA in Business Administration and Management from Delaware Valley University, and a BASc in Finance from Fairfield University, among other credentials.
