McKenzie Railsback is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a background in business development and special event coordination. Currently serving as the Sales Manager at Upkeep Med Spa since April 2024, McKenzie previously held key positions including Marketing Director at Invited and Business Development Manager at Hudson Title Group. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Executive at WDEF-TV, where McKenzie contributed to CBS Sports, and as a Marketing Special Event Coordinator at REVELxp. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Recreation Administration from the University of Mississippi, earned in May 2022.
