Rob Borden is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the travel and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President for Cruise & Commercial at Upgrade, Inc. since January 2024, Borden previously held multiple senior roles at Uplift Inc. from 2018 to 2023, contributing significantly to enhancing payment flexibility for travel providers. Borden's earlier experience includes pivotal roles at Carnival Cruise Line, Points International, Microsoft, Delta Air Lines, and American Airlines, where leadership in marketing and relationship management generated substantial revenue and expanded brand reach. Borden holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Economics with a focus on Marketing/Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
