Nathalie Lanoizelee currently serves as Coache et Facilitatrice at Upfeel since May 2023, and maintains roles in collective intelligence coaching at LANAT Coaching and PULSO FRANCE, both starting in January and September 2021, respectively. Before this, Nathalie held the position of Senior Program Manager at Natixis from April 2009 to November 2020, where responsibilities included supporting cultural transformation through leadership development for top managers. Nathalie also contributed to management culture development as Responsable Développement du Management at Natixis. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from ESC Clermont Ferrand and has been engaged in continuing education in collective intelligence development at the Institut Repère since 2015.
