Hassan El Najjar is a seasoned Full Stack and Frontend Web Developer currently with uPet since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a GIS Engineer at the Municipality of Gaza from June 2018 to July 2020, where innovative tools were developed to streamline GIS data transfer, achieving a 100% time savings, and enhancing digital maps that improved bill collection by 50%. Earlier roles include Customer Service Engineer at the Municipality of Gaza (September 2016 - June 2018) and Assistant Project Coordinator at the El Mobadara Al Omania Association (January 2015 - September 2015), where project management efficiencies were heightened. Additional experience includes research and teaching assistance at the Islamic University of Gaza, supporting students with various learning needs. Hassan El Najjar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Gaza and completed training at Gaza Sky Geeks Code Academy in 2021.
