Kenneth A. Cutler is a seasoned mediator and legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as a mediator for Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group since January 2024, Kenneth also holds the position of City of Parkland Commissioner for District 3 since November 2016, having previously served as Vice Mayor. Kenneth's legal career includes roles as a mediator at Kenneth Cutler, PA, manager/member at Cutler Rader, P.L., and partner/lead trial counsel at Goldman & Daszkal, PA, contributing to a wealth of expertise in personal injury law and alternative dispute resolution.
