Diego Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cold calling, digital marketing, and client services. Since September 2020, Diego has excelled as a Cold Calling Appointment Setter at Upcall, completing over 300,000 cold calls and generating over 5,000 appointments for diverse industries. Diego also serves as a Digital Marketing Manager at Maras Heavenly Hands Cleaning Services, developing the organization's online presence. Previously, Diego held various positions at Massanutten Resort, including bartender and timeshare sales, and managed canvassing and telemarketing at MID ATLANTIC CONSTRUCTION OF VIRGINIA, INC. Diego's journey began with a decade-long tenure at Faccia Luna Pizzeria, where foundational skills in customer service were developed.
