Dani Arrington, LMSW, is an experienced clinical professional currently serving as the Clinical Program Manager at Upbring since May 2022. In this role, Dani collaborates with Case Management staff and the Area Director to provide clinical expertise for foster children, ensuring access to necessary rehabilitation services and developing training programs. Prior to this, Dani worked as an Assessment Specialist at Woodland Springs Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included administering crisis screenings and linking individuals to appropriate treatments. Additionally, Dani held various positions at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare, focusing on quality assurance, client rights protection, and case management. Dani began the professional journey as a Crisis and Routine Case Management Team Lead at PermiaCare, showcasing a comprehensive background in mental health services. Education includes a Master’s in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Houston-Downtown.
