Sandeep Kiran Gudla is a strategic data science leader currently serving as Manager of Business Data Innovation & Capabilities at Upbound Group since March 2021, where Sandeep spearheads data, AI, and ML innovations. Key achievements include partnering with Google on the C-SAW initiative to enhance AI-powered retail tools and leading a team to develop a marketing analytics system that improved operational efficiency. Previous roles include Data Analyst for Pinellas County Government, where Sandeep created dashboards and managed data pipelines, and Data Scientist at Hoonuit and Cognizant, focusing on data analysis, machine learning, and process automation. Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Osmania University.
