Andrew Winter has a diverse work experience. Andrew is currently working at Up&Up in a strategic and operational role since July 2022. Before that, they pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School, where they were a candidate from August 2020 to May 2022. In 2021, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager for a brief period from June to August. Prior to that, they held various roles at WeWork, including Director of Real Estate from May 2019 to June 2020 and Manager of Global Strategy and Operations from July 2018 to May 2019. Andrew started their career at The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked as a Consultant from July 2016 to July 2018 and as an Associate from July 2014 to July 2016. Before joining the company full-time, they worked as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group for two months in 2013. Andrew also gained experience as a Summer Intern at the National Institutes of Health in 2012 and as a Research Assistant at Yale University Careers in 2011.

Andrew Winter received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University in the years 2010 to 2014. Andrew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2022.
