Rubén Fuentes González serves as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Citi since January 2020, focusing on financial risk assessments and reporting for executive management. Previously, Rubén held the role of Assistant Vice President for Credit Risk and Collection Strategies. Concurrently, Rubén is a member of the Academic Council at UPAEP, contributing to the development of academic programs within the Faculty of Finance. Previous experience includes being a Pension Consultant at ARH Consultores and managing credit risk processes at Provident México. Rubén has also worked as a university professor across multiple institutions, teaching various finance-related subjects. Rubén holds a Ph.D. in Finance from UPAEP, a Master's degree in Management and Quality Engineering from Universidad La Salle Benavente, and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
