Stephanie Hilado

Acting Program Manager at Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC)

Stephanie Hilado MA APCC currently serves as Acting Program Manager at the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC), overseeing a multidisciplinary team that provides specialized mental health services to adults with severe mental illness. Previous roles at UPAC included Assistant Supervisor and Lead Clinician, where Stephanie managed operations and conducted assessments to optimize treatment for underrepresented communities. At Community Research Foundation, Stephanie worked as a Discharge Planner and Lead Crisis Clinician, delivering crisis intervention and comprehensive case management services. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, Sexual Assault Crisis Advocate, Behavior Interventionist, and Youth Care Counselor, along with various internship roles focused on education and outreach. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Clinical Counseling from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
