Kara Naish is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in representing insureds in complex liability cases and catastrophic injuries. As the co-founder of Up Legal Group LLP since January 2023 and previously serving as Principal at Up Legal Group, Kara has continued to build a notable legal career that includes ownership at Armstrong Naish Trial Lawyers and partnership roles at Stewart & Company and Grant Kovacs Norell. Legal counsel experience at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia involved handling severe injury cases, while early career roles included advocacy for brain-injured individuals as an associate lawyer. Kara Naish is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Health Law at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, following an LLB from the University of Alberta and a B Ed in Education from the University of Calgary.
