Marsh Lalor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Transformation at Unum since January 2017, Marsh leads change and digital transformation projects, ensuring value capture and alignment with strategic objectives. Previous roles at Unum include Senior Digital Transformation Specialist, where significant project impact improvement was achieved, and Continuous Improvement Consultant. Prior to Unum, Marsh held various positions at Valmont Industries, including Lean Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on implementing lean initiatives and managing safety and environmental programs. Marsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, complemented by an internship in industrial engineering and a background in lean methodologies.
