Jon Finnimore is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application engineering, security, and product operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Technology at Unum since August 2018, Jon leads a skilled team focused on transforming the insurance industry through innovative solutions. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at SmashFly Technologies, Jon managed global technology and product operations while enhancing security and compliance initiatives. Prior to that, Jon held notable roles at Monster Worldwide, including Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Product Engineering, where strategic planning and execution of multiple high-impact projects were key responsibilities. With a background that includes senior software engineering and development positions, Jon's expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Connecticut College.
