Daniel Killacky Jr began their work experience as a Bilingual Research Analyst at Cision in October 2007. Daniel worked in that role until July 2009. From September 2009 to December 2010, Daniel served as a Teaching Fellow at Boston University. In February 2014, they joined Sapient Government Services as an Interactive Developer and held that position until January 2017 when they were promoted to Senior Interactive Developer. Daniel's tenure at Sapient ended in April 2021. Currently, they are working as an Engineering Manager at UNTUCKit since May 2021.

Daniel Killacky Jr's education history includes a BA in French Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Daniel further pursued their education at Boston University, where they completed their MA in French Language and Literature from 2009 to 2011.
