Alexander Kiltz has had extensive experience in the venture capital sector, holding roles such as Principal, Associate, and Analyst at UVC Partners. Alexander has also served in leadership positions at various startups including Predium, Scenarium AI, Reel, Tanso, tacto, and as a Board Observer at companies like Innoactive GmbH, 3YOURMIND, TWAICE Technologies GmbH, and Blickfeld GmbH. Alexander'swork focused on investing in and guiding innovative companies in industries such as energy, climate tech, and sustainable real estate management.

Alexander Kiltz completed their Bachelor of Science in Management & Technology (TUM-BWL) from TUM School of Management in 2014. Alexander then went on to pursue a Master of Science in the same field at the same institution, graduating in 2016. In 2015, they also completed a Master of Science in Management Engineering at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
