Julia Wetzel-Edstrom is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at UNRL since September 2019, Julia has progressed through various roles, including Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, and Intern, demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and effective customer service management. Prior experience includes a four-year tenure at Tom Reids Hockey City Pub as a Server, where excellent customer service was delivered in a fast-paced environment, along with a self-employed role as a Childcare Provider, focusing on client relationships and budgeting. Additional experience as a Hostess Server at Bulldog Pizza and Grill highlighted Julia's strong customer service skills. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has pursued studies in Business and Marketing Education at the University of Minnesota.
