Dani McLaughlin is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Sales Director at UNRL, having progressed through various roles including Sales & Partnerships Manager, Sales Manager, and Account Manager since November 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Account Manager at Aerotek from June 2017 to November 2018 and as a Recruiter prior to that, where a strong emphasis on relationship-building was key. Dani also gained valuable skills during a recruiting internship at Aerotek and as an On-Site Administrator Intern with the Minnesota PGA, showcasing effective communication and leadership in those roles. A former member of the University of North Dakota's Division I Women's Golf Team, Dani honed teamwork and critical thinking skills, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the same institution.
