Aileen Coombe is currently the VP of People at Unqork. Prior to their current role, Aileen served as the Chief People Officer at OPEN where Aileen was a key member in establishing the People function and talent acquisition strategies. With a background in talent development and HR across various industries such as finance, music, and sports, Aileen brings a wealth of experience in designing and implementing learning & development programs, performance management systems, and talent identification strategies. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.
