Susana Armendariz Mitxelena is an experienced professional in WASH and engineering, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NutreNaissance since June 2020 and as a Senior Project Manager for UNOPS since January 2022. Previous roles include Freelance Consultant for S.Armendariz, focusing on faecal sludge management for Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, and Wastewater Management Specialist at UNHCR. Extensive experience includes serving as WASH Technical Advisor at Catholic Relief Services and Public Health Engineer/Coordinator at Oxfam. Susana has a strong academic background with multiple degrees, including an MSc in Water and Waste Water Engineering from Cranfield University and a NOHA European Master in Humanitarian Assistance from the University of Deusto.
