Karina Andersen Aas is a mental coach and coach with experience in various sports organizations. Karina currently works at Uno-X Pro Cycling Team, Talent Norge, and ELVERUM HÃ…NDBALL. Karina has a Master's degree in Counseling and has additional education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mental Training in Sports Studies. In addition to their coaching roles, Karina has also served on the board of Strindheim HÃ¥ndball Elite. Karina is dedicated to group and individual coaching, focusing on the coach-athlete relationship and the development of elite sport culture.
