Julia Adamson has a diverse work experience in customer success and management roles. Julia is currently the Head of Customer Success EMEA and APAC at Unmind, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Customer Success Manager at Ada from July 2022 to October 2023. From October 2021 to October 2023, Julia served as the VP Global Customer Success and VP EMEA Customer Success at AppDynamics. Before that, they were the VP Global Customer Success at The RepTrak Company from January 2020 to August 2020. Julia also has experience in client engagement and success roles, having worked as the Director of Client Engagement and Success, and later as the Global Director of Client Success and Engagement at Concentra Analytics from November 2015 to January 2020. Julia has held various other roles in program management, evaluation and planning, and operations management in companies like Al Jazeera Media Network, Qatar Foundation, HEC Paris Executive Education, and Adamson Consulting / Portland Group. Julia's work experience spans multiple industries and regions, showcasing their adaptability and expertise in customer success and management roles.

Julia Adamson completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne Business School in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree with majors in Economics, Trade, and Marketing from the University of Melbourne between 1991 and 1995.
