Jon Ward is a Senior Platform Engineer at Unmind since March 2023, with a strong background in infrastructure and operations engineering. Previously, Jon served as an Infrastructure Architect at Samarkand Global, focusing on Kubernetes environments and GitOps practices. At SilverRail, Jon held dual roles as Development Operations Architect and Senior Systems Operations Engineer, where significant contributions included refactoring Terraform code and extending infrastructure support for AWS. As Infrastructure Manager at Gaming Realms PLC and beJig, Jon established and automated systems for various gaming platforms. Jon began a career in technology at Gamesys as an Integration Engineer and Senior QA Engineer and initially worked as a Business Analyst and Testing Analyst at ANZ. Jon holds a BA (Hons) in English from Sheffield Hallam University.
