Wendell Sr. Pengel is an accomplished Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams across various sectors, including government and retail. Currently serving at ICTU, Wendell coaches Scrum Masters and leads an Agile team developing an ID-Wallet mobile app for the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Previous roles include providing personal coaching at Kooyman B.V. and serving as a senior coach at UNLOQ. During tenure at Foleon, PostNL, and Ahold Delhaize, Wendell focused on transforming organizational processes and enhancing Agile practices to deliver business value.
