Eric Breckenridge is an experienced Information Technology professional, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Unlimited Service Group since October 2013. In this position, Eric manages IT and telecommunication services for Whaley Foodservice and its sister companies, overseeing approximately 15 brands, 40 locations, 550 office employees, and 750 remote field technicians. Key accomplishments include migrating multiple IT systems into a unified Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment and establishing SD-WAN network connectivity across all locations. Previously, Eric operated as an independent contractor from April 2011 to October 2013, focusing on Active Directory design, MS Exchange deployment, and network infrastructure projects. Eric's career began as a Senior System Engineer at Diversified Computer Solutions from November 2002 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing network operations for a school district and numerous small business clients, along with administering VoIP systems and overseeing new PC rollouts.
