Carolyn Lu is a software engineer with a strong background in game development and computer science. Experience includes working at Unknown Worlds Entertainment since June 2021 and Harmonix Music Systems from June 2019 to June 2021, contributing to projects such as Fuser. At Gomi Games, Carolyn led a six-student team to create RE:Charge, which won Best Student Game at BostonFIG 2018 and was nominated for The Game Awards 2018. Additional roles include internships at NVIDIA and Demiurge Studios, research positions at MIT Media Lab and the Laboratory for Bio-inspired Photonic Engineering, and game design work at Biogen. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
