Arooj Bilal began their work experience as a Brand Manager at Uniworth Dress Co. in 2016 and later took on the role of Marketing Director in 2022. In 2020, they also worked as an Entrepreneur at Farda. Currently, they are working as the Managing Director at Brian oak, starting in April 2022.

Arooj Bilal's education history begins in 2010, when they enrolled at Lahore Grammar School for their O levels degree in Accounting. Arooj studied there until 2013. After completing their O levels, Arooj continued their education at Lahore Grammar School and pursued their A levels degree in Accounting from 2013 to 2015. Following this, Arooj went on to attend the Lahore University of Management Sciences from 2015 to 2020, where they studied Economics.
