Ismar SantaCruz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in media and radio content management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Radio Content at Univision Communications Inc. since 2003. In this role, Ismar oversees content strategy, music strategy for Uforia, artist relations, and revenue generation initiatives. Ismar has previously held positions such as Vice President of Content Operations and Senior Vice President of SIP, where responsibilities included developing on-air and digital product strategies and managing programming research for over 45 radio stations. Prior experience includes a directorial role at AND 1, overseeing global licensing and international apparel product lines, as well as projects in SAP systems management and purchasing. Ismar holds a BA in Political Science from Haverford College.
