Dr. Cui found Univest Securities in November 1993 and has more than 29 years of experience in finance management and investment. She led Univest Securities successfully through the "tech bubble" in 2000 and the "subprime crisis" in 2008. Before establishing Univest Securities, Dr. Cui was Computer Operation Manager at CityMeals and a Registered Representative at Mass Mutual and Colonial Securities. Dr. Cui graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Computer Science & Technology in 1982, received MA in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University in 1988, and received a Doctoral Degree from Pace University in 2002. Dr. Cui has Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, and 79 Registrations.
