Andre Sanches is the Founder and CEO of UNIVERSO ÁGIL, recognized as the world's first AGILITY HUB, dedicated to democratizing agility and impacting one million individuals and companies by 2025. In addition to entrepreneurial leadership, Andre serves as a Postgraduate Professor at SENAC-SP, teaching Digital Marketing and E-commerce, and contributes as a Partner and Mentor at Êxito - Instituto Latino-Americano de Empreendedorismo e Inovação. Andre is actively involved as a Member Advocate with Tech Brazil Advocates, a Mentor for startups at SOFTEX and SEBRAE, and an Associate Professor at Trevisan Business School, focusing on agility in business. Throughout a diverse career in education, mentorship, and innovation, Andre emphasizes collaboration, human skills, and inclusivity to foster growth and opportunity in professional environments.
