Katie Orazio, MBA, is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional with a strong background in various roles across organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter/Sourcer for the University System of NH since April 2023, Katie previously worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Amoskeag Health and as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Community Bridges. With earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Advancement at New England College and multiple roles at Crotched Mountain Foundation, including Annual Fund Manager and Human Resource Coordinator, Katie brings a diverse skill set in recruiting and HR management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from New England College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from UNH Online, and a degree in Sociology from Keene State College.
