Ariel Roitman is a seasoned laryngologist and head and neck surgeon with extensive experience in both clinical and research settings. Currently serving as a Visiting Research Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since April 2023, Ariel also holds dual roles as a laryngologist at Carmel Medical Center and Lin Medical Center since November 2019. Previous roles include a laryngology fellowship at Auckland District Health Board from July 2018 to November 2019, and attending physician in otolaryngology at Carmel Medical Center for a brief period in early 2018. Ariel's medical training includes a residency in otolaryngology at Carmel Medical Center in Haifa, Israel, from February 2012 to January 2018, as well as experience as an Air Force officer physician in the Israel Defense Forces from April 2008 to January 2012. Medical education was completed at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 2000 to 2007.
