Lakiesa C. Rawlinson, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students at the University of West Georgia, providing strategic leadership to build an inclusive campus community and managing student conduct and grievances. Previous roles include Director of Student Involvement & Student Center at Georgia Gwinnett College, where oversight of diversity and leadership initiatives took place, and Associate Director of Campus Life at Clayton State University, focusing on student development programs. Rawlinson's extensive experience also features positions at Kennesaw State University and Clemson University, complemented by a strong educational background with a Doctorate in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Counselor Education from Clemson University.
