Caroline Gatti is an experienced educator and instructional designer with a focus on English language instruction and quality assurance in higher education. Currently serving as an ESP Instructor at the University of Viterbo "La Tuscia," Caroline previously held significant roles at HCT - Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Naval College, including Instructional Designer and Developer, where leadership in military English courses and quality assurance initiatives was demonstrated. With past positions at A'Sharqiyah University and a variety of other institutions, including the Italian Ministry of Defence and ECS Edinburgh, Caroline has developed and implemented English language programs for diverse audiences, from kindergarten to military cadets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Nottingham and a Master of Arts from the University of Edinburgh.
