Before assuming this position, Jay held a variety of positions at the university including Vice President of University Relations. As Secretary and Special Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, Jay supports the work of the Board of Regents and the Board of Trustees and he leads and supports projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
