Liz Kennedy Walsh

VP, Marketing & Communications at University of the Sciences

Liz Kennedy Walsh serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications, reporting directly to the president. In this role, she leads a team responsible for driving enrollment, philanthropy and reputation through marketing and communications strategies including internal communications, media relations, content, social media, digital and traditional marketing, creative expression and branding.

Walsh has 25 years of experience in marketing, and 15 years specifically in higher education. As associate vice president at Villanova University, she built a centralized marketing and communications department comprised of more than 40 professionals.

Walsh is active in her community as the former vice-chair of the advisory board at the Haverford YMCA. She holds a master’s degree in theater from Villanova and a bachelor’s in English and communication from University of Scranton.
