Isagani Bagus is the OIC of the UPS SPMO at the University of the Philippines. Isagani has been with the university since April 1991, currently serving as Acting Chief UPS SPMO and Lecturer at the UP Open University. Isagani Bagus is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, holding a Master of Public Administration degree in Public Administration earned from 2003 to 2005.
