Joey Mark Diaz, PhD, serves as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Leeds since April 2016, contributing to the Leeds Institute of Medical Research in the Section of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. With a diverse background in academia and industry, Diaz also holds adjunct professor positions in Statistical Bioinformatics at the University of the Philippines Manila and in Statistics at Central Luzon State University, alongside a role as a Senior Consultant at EY. Previous experience includes credit risk consulting at 4most, retail modelling analytics management at ANZ, and various positions in credit scoring and biostatistics. Diaz earned a PhD in Medicine with a focus on Statistical Genomics and Bioinformatics from the University of Leeds and has completed advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Lund University.
