David Dawson is a Leadership Development Consultant at YWAM Ventura GSI and has served as a Faculty Member at the University of the Nations since September 1993, focusing on curriculum development and instruction in team and leadership gestation within cross-cultural urban contexts. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Talbot School of Theology (January 2023 - May 2025), Dawson holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary (2012 - 2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of the Nations (2008 - 2012).
