Mark Chin Penn is a Junior Financial & Business Analyst at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since April 2022, focusing on the management and reporting of investment instruments. Previously, Mark served as a Customer Care Advisor for Scotiabank-Finbiz Jamaica, handling customer inquiries related to insurance and investment products from August 2015 to September 2021. Mark's experience also includes a summer internship in accounts payable at LIME in 2014 and various leadership roles within the Young Investors Club from 2012 to 2014, where responsibilities included organizing outreach projects and advising executive members. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and has completed several finance-related courses on Udemy, including corporate finance and CFA exam preparation.
