Grace Cowan-Allen has extensive experience in academia and human resources, currently serving as a Lecturer at both The University of the West Indies since January 2013 and the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since 2013. Previously, Grace held the position of Human Resources Director at Celebration Brands from September 2016 to February 2022. Grace earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Nova Southeastern University between 2002 and 2004.
