Kylie Readman serves as the Deputy Vice Chancellor and Vice President Education and Students at the University of Technology Sydney since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Vice Chancellor Education and Equity and Pro Vice Chancellor (Education) at Murdoch University from May 2018 to December 2022, and as Director of the Centre for the Support and Advancement of Learning and Teaching at the University of the Sunshine Coast from June 2011 to April 2018. Additional roles include Lecturer in Education at the University of the Sunshine Coast from 2006 to 2011 and Learning and Teaching Consultant at QUT from 2005 to 2006. Kylie Readman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Leadership and Management from QUT, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Secondary Education - Drama and English from QUT, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Advance HE's Top Management Program in Higher Education.
