Katy Huetson MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Head of HR Performance Delivery and HR Business Partner at the University of Surrey since January 2022, Katy previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and served as Strategic HR Business Partner at Kingston University. Katy's earlier roles include HR Adviser positions at King's College London and the Victoria and Albert Museum, as well as multiple HR positions at The British Museum, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment to training and development. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, an MA in HRM from London Metropolitan University, and an AKC in Philosophy and Biblical Studies from King's College London, complemented by additional training in personnel practice.
