Amirhossein Bayat is a Ph.D. candidate in Information and Communication Systems at the University of Surrey, with ongoing experience as a Technical Lead and Data Scientist at DIREK LTD since May 2020. Previously, Amirhossein served as Chairperson for IEEE from February 2020 to April 2022 and held various roles at Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, including Teacher Assistant, Undergraduate Student, and Intern at the Micro bio Technology Lab from September 2015 to December 2021. Amirhossein also contributed as an Executive for notable conferences, including the 9th Annual International Power Electronics, Drive Systems, and Technologies Conference in 2018 and the 5th RSI International Conference on Robotics and Mechatronics in 2017. Additionally, Amirhossein was Treasurer for IEEE from August 2018 to December 2019. Amirhossein holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Electronic Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology.
