Katelin Eden Dukes has extensive experience in organizational change management, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Change Management at the University of Southern California since November 2024. Previously, Katelin held roles as OCM Lead at Insight Global and Change Management & Adoption Lead at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where responsibilities included leading change management efforts for IT projects and clinical communications. Earlier experience includes an Organizational Change Management Analyst position at the University of Southern California and various project coordination roles. Katelin holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Communities from Northern Arizona University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Critical Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Humboldt State University.
