Emily Adam, M.Ed, is an accomplished professional in higher education administration, currently serving as the Director of Residence Life at Ashland University since August 2022. With extensive experience in managing teams and budgets, Emily directs a team of five full-time professionals and 45 student employees while overseeing a budget of $600,000 to ensure operational excellence. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Residence Life at Ashland University, Area Coordinator at Morehead State University, and Residential Life Coordinator at Kenyon College, where Emily focused on data management, strategic recruitment, staff development, and effective communication, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Educationally, Emily holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and Educational Technology from Ashland University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Arts from The Ohio State University.
