Daniella Irby, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Interim Senior HR Partner and previously holding multiple leadership roles in Academic Operations at the University of Southern California since December 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Recruiter for C2 Education, Regional Healthcare Recruiter at Alta Hospitals System, and various positions at Robert Half, culminating in a Staffing Manager role. Daniella's earlier career included marketing positions at Brentwood Healthcare, Marinello Schools of Beauty, and Kaplan Test Prep. Daniella holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Brandman University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Utah.
