Bridgette Willis is an OD Consultant at the University of South Florida. Bridgette began their career as an Ethics Instructor at St. Petersburg College, where they developed and taught courses on ethics and professional responsibility. Bridgette then spent four years as a Learning Consultant at M Financial Group, where they managed course creation for the implementation of M Financial's first online training system. In this role, they collaborated with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement effective learning strategies, project plans, and training plans.

Bridgette is known for their creative solutions, engaging content, and ability to integrate mobile technologies and various media to create an engaging learning experience. Bridgette is also known for their helpful feedback and recommendations for improving training quality and continuity.

Bridgette holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Bridgette also has a Master's Degree in Adult and Higher Education from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from University of South Florida. Additionally, they have a Graduate Certificate in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Florida Gulf Coast University, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from St. Petersburg College. Bridgette Willis is certified as a DISC Coach from Assessments 24x7, an HR Academy from Badgr, a CliftonStrengths Coach from University of South Florida, and as a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
